I don’t know what it is about this house, but I just think it’s the cutest cottage ever! It looks like it belongs nestled on the edge of a forest or meadow in a fairy tale. Jerry & I saw it one day when we were leaving the South of the James Farmers Market.
It is VERY small at 816 square feet, but, I think we would be able to pull it off if we got creative about what we brought into the space.
The yard is perfect for the boys and the garage could be converted to a Stained Glass Studio for me to work in until we could build a little studio.
Now we just have to hope it goes on the market…
